At Radiant Wrist, all packages are fully insured for your peace of mind.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we kindly ask that you first check with household members, neighbors, or your local front desk/mailroom—packages are often safely received by someone nearby.

Please wait at least 48 business hours after the tracking shows “delivered” before reaching out to us. This allows time for any possible delivery delays or misplacements to be resolved naturally.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after this period, our customer support team is here to help via chat, email, or phone.

Important:

  • Delivery issues must be reported within 60 days of the marked delivery date.
  • All supporting documents for a shipping claim must also be submitted within this 60-day window.
  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to initiate or process claims if documentation is incomplete or submitted after this timeframe.

📦 Shipping Timelines

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding select holidays). Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may require up to 2 additional business days to process.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • This applies to all orders, including those with Expedited or International shipping (where applicable).

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Radiant Wrist account:

  • Go to My Orders
  • Click View
  • You’ll find your tracking number listed there

Please note:
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.


📫 Shipping Address Policy

For your security and ours, we are unable to change or update shipping addresses after your order has been placed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We also cannot accommodate:

  • Pickup requests
  • Address changes once the item has shipped

🖊 Signature Requirement

All orders valued over $350 USD will require a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package at the delivery address.

Note: Deliveries made by USPS do not require a signature.

To comply with the policies of PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm, we can only ship to the confirmed address associated with your payment method.

Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Ground Shipping: $5.99 (free for orders over $199)
  • Second Day Air: $19.95
  • Next Day Air: $29.95
