Because we source watches through a variety of authorized and independent distributors worldwide, warranty coverage may vary by product. This policy explains the types of warranties available and how they apply to your purchase.
2. Authorized Dealer Disclosure
Radiant Wrist INC is an independent watch retailer and is not an authorized dealer for certain brands sold on this website, including but not limited to Tissot, Mido, Hamilton, Certina, Timex, and other Swiss or international brands.
As a result, manufacturer warranties may not apply to all products.
Warranty coverage for each watch is clearly stated on its product page.
3. Warranty for New Watches
3.1 Manufacturer Warranty (When Applicable)
Some new watches may include an official manufacturer’s warranty if sourced through an authorized dealer or distributor.
When a manufacturer warranty applies, it will be noted directly on the product page. These warranties are issued and administered by the manufacturer, and any service must be performed through their authorized service centers.
3.2 Radiant Wrist INC 2-Year Limited Store Warranty
If a manufacturer warranty does not apply, Radiant Wrist INC provides its own 2-year limited store warranty, which covers:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Movement failures under normal use
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, drops, or impacts
- Water damage due to improper crown handling
- Normal wear such as scratches on the case, bracelet, or crystal
- Battery replacements
- Loss or theft
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
If warranty service is needed, Radiant Wrist INC will repair or replace the watch at our discretion.
4. Warranty for Pre-Owned Watches
Pre-owned watches are sold as is, without any manufacturer or store warranty.
These items may show signs of normal wear, which will be reflected in the product description and/or photos.
5. What Is Not Covered
Both store and manufacturer warranties do not cover:
- Wear and tear from everyday use
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, strap wear, etc.)
- Damage resulting from misuse or impact
- Water damage if the crown was not fully secured
- Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs
- Lost or stolen items

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video demonstrating the problem
- A picture of the watch’s serial number (if applicable)
After evaluation, we will provide instructions for sending the watch in for inspection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping to Radiant Wrist INC. If the issue is covered by warranty, repair or replacement will be completed at no cost.
7. Authenticity Guarantee
Radiant Wrist INC guarantees that every watch we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from reputable distributors, authorized dealers, or global overstock channels.
We do not sell replicas, fakes, or watches with removed or altered serial numbers.
