Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Radiant Wrist, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for a reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
New Items: May be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Certified Pre-Owned Items: May be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered — unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, tags, plastics, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
Final Sale Items: Beauty products, fragrances, and jewelry are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Please note: All products sold by Radiant Wrist are guaranteed 100% brand new, unless explicitly listed as Certified Pre-Owned.
Return Conditions
Items that have been worn, sized, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when returning an item for reasons of personal preference (e.g., style, size).
Returns received without a valid Return Reference Number (RRN) or after the specified return period may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return for your refund to be processed.
Return Procedure
Step 1:
Request a Return Reference Number (RRN) by emailing us at info@radiantwrist.shop. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our Customer Service team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
(Please note: Phone calls will not expedite this process.)
Step 2:
Ship the item to the designated return address provided in the return email. Use an insured, trackable shipping method and ensure the insurance amount equals the purchase price. Clearly print the RRN on the outside of the package. All original materials, including paperwork and any free gifts, must be included.
Items must be returned within 7-10 days of the RRN being issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:
1Contact us at info@radiantwrist.shop within the eligible return period, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
2. Our Customer Service team will provide a Return Reference Number (RRN) and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
3. Upon inspection and confirmation that the product is defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Important: Items that have been worn, sized, or altered will not qualify for a return, even in cases of defect or damage.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to Radiant Wrist due to an incomplete address, refusal, or any other reason, the cost of the return and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
All orders shipped outside of the United States are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
If an international order is returned to sender, any applicable return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or fees will be deducted from the refund. If the total return cost exceeds 50% of the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping), the item will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Once an order has been processed or a shipping label has been created, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order. In some cases, orders fulfilled by third-party vendors may be non-cancellable.
If your order has already shipped, you may still initiate a return (unless the item is a Final Sale item) upon receipt.
